Can you deploy xaps from your PC?

I cannot deploy xaps via cable too. And the bt transfer isn't working for me (didn't receive...maybe I'm doing it wrong)

maybe deployment can be bypassed by using wm device center, copying xap into phone and in the settings use xap deployer

Maybe it can be bypassed but my backup program likes to use the usb cable. I can get around the issue by putting my xaps that I want to install on a local website and installing using IE on my phone... I just want to be able to restore my app data etc and my smsbackups. I had it all setup to go but it wont

I installed Dynamics and that works fine. Its not as pretty but I've got all my stuff restored to it and it works great. I'm still hoping this Rom can be fixed though!

Another thing I noticed is that if you install WP7 Root Tools by Heathcliff you cant navigate into the polices section of the program. It just kills the program. However I can get into that section fine in the Dynamics Rom. Its not a big deal since I only use the tools for registry editing and file explorer but its still a semi bug

Yes, but I have a problem installing this nextgen ROM. While the installation is in progress, i will have an error. I also tried redownloading the ROM but i have the same error.

My current OS verion: 7.10.8779.8
bootloader verion: 1.32.2259.1

long story:
I got some questions... can I install this rom using goldcard method I have tried before and it worked with getting my bootloader and os down to build 7004 and bootloader 1.22.2250.10(110809)40 from mango
I then just unlocked it with chevron cert. and unlocker but then I couldnt upgrade to mango. tried using support tools but didnt do ****!!

long story short LOL:
so now i thought custom rom will solve my issue but just wondering if I could use goldcard method.
looking forward to your thoughts..

Same problem here. "Error - An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine"

There is no problem with deployment to my HD2 on the same PC.
