Ms has been trying to go the hardware root with there phones...meaning locking down the specs..ect...and it isn't working at all. The isheeple don't really care about specs...obviously. they only care about how shiny it is. That's part of the beauty of apple marketing too tho.

As far as the courtroom stuff...I wish it would all go away. Instead of spending millions of dollars on resources on Google's part...not to mention millions of TAXPAYER money clogging up the legal system with this..they could maybe focus more on getting rid of the fragmentation.
