HMMM, thats an odd one never seen dialer FC, can you be a bit more specific, like what your doing when this happens, have you installed anything over thw rom? any info will help solve the issue.

I never flashed
anything over the rom I did a clean install and when I tried to dial out it does nothing but force close I only installed 3.6 skins but will that do anything

No, the skins shouldnt cause that. Can you get me a logcat of the error.
Plug your phone into pc and in cms prompt type adb logcat > desktop/dialer.txt
Then as soon as it fcs open the txt file, that will make sure the error is close to the bottom of the file and easy to find. Then attach the file here.

EDIT: okay, it wasn't the lpa.decode=false making the button work. But it sure did make the effects sound way better. guess it's the service.jar...

Tested and my button works fine, I have the same headphones as you, answered phone call, long press to vol, and double press to skip all work. The services.jar included in that mos is only there for disabling Sig check incase it get flashes on a stock Rom.
