Just be sure you have the option to allow apps movement on CyangenMod Settings---->Aplications. I think apps go to sd-ext by default.
I have flashed the current beta, should it be
Settings --> CyanogenMod --> Application --> Allow Application Moving [x]

finally I got back my desire to original state with S-On. I got restarting phone too many times even I was only shooting by camera. Now I know it wasn't caused by ROM, because I tried flashed around 5 ROMs and phone is still restarting even now I flashed original Orange RUU 2.3.3. I have to take phone to Orange for repair. I hope they will fix it soon. I want to use MW ROM, it's great and fast for me.

Default In-call black screen

It seems my problems with black screen during the call related to the proximity sensor. I read lot of complains about that.
To be sure that the problem is proximity sensor I downloaded Android Sensor Box and saw that unfortunate no any response from my proximity sensor. It show 0 cm and not any other value....
I don't use any screen protector.
I can't confirm is it hardware issue or software..... I downloaded different ROM's and the problem exist.... It looks like more hardware problem.

There's a tweak regarding ur problem of sensor and black screen during calls, I guess it can be done in build.prop, search for it..
The problem is no man alive, or dead, can touch the Heart Break Kid. Tell your boyfriend that he either has to deal with that fact or hit the road
