Lockscreen like Samsung Galaxy S3

One of my friends has a Galaxy S3 and when i unlocks his phone, its water "waves" that shows where his fingers has touched the screen.
Is it possible to get for desire?

I found some GO Locker themes in the play store, but the ones which were a good replica, had terrible performance on the desire.

Its not a lockscreen but it can offer the same effect.
