[Q] Update for LG Nitro HD - Hebrew

I'm looking for an update for the LG nitro HD (P930) Android Version 2.3.5 to Hebrew (language update).
when contacting LG directly - they said that they can't help.
when calling AT&T's technical support - they don't know what to do to help.
when looking through old posts - can't find Hebrew for LG Nitro.

could anyone advise?

the alternative method is to intall morelocal2 via google play, modify the file /system/build.prop about “ ro.product.locale.language ”

The only way to get fixed hebrew is to flash CM9 or ICS leak on your device.
