@espaciosalter20 The reason I had to mention this was that in the first post it mentions that it will run on Stock Rom only and not on CM7

That's because some users reported that fix working for them on stock roms. I'd suppose that they have managed in some way init.d support before install fix. Didn't ask. But thanks to inform, I will modify the install way.

OK Guys got solution in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...0#post27092900

Copy mmcfix.ko & symsearch.ko in /system/lib/modules and change the permissions to rw r r for both files.
Modify load_modules.sh as mentioned below and set permission as rwx r-x r-x

So just add the following lines in load_modules.sh files of /system/bin so it looks like this:

#!/system/bin/sh
export PATH=/system/bin:$PATH

# Install GAN virtual interface kernel module
if [ -e /system/lib/modules/kineto_gan.ko ]; then
insmod /system/lib/modules/kineto_gan.ko
insmod /system/lib/modules/symsearch.ko
insmod /system/lib/modules/mmcfix.ko
fi

Enjoy !!

Welcome...
I suggest that you attach that file rathen than in box.com.
It will be easy for users . Many class 10 sdcards are in market as its becoming cheap and many users will now download this patch. Without this patch , it is obvious that the sdcard will not work for more that a week and will be damaged soon.

I think that this patch should be included in all the ROM releases lately...we see constantly flashing roms...multiboots...as such flashing these instructions time and again would be a waste and a hindrance
