In revolutionary, the message is waiting for device all the time. And nothing happens.

Why are you using this if you are on 1.4?

Note: This will fix only devices which were bricked by turning S ON. And bricks caused by a damaged hboot via interrupted OTA update/RUU flash on a S-ON device. Any devices bricked with other ways are currently *not* supported. We are working on it

The "core" of the unbricking project dev team:
MOVZX
RussianBear
Fuses
Dexter93

Testing stuff and irc support:
globatron
Deceptivechaos
dburgd84
Snake_skw

Other stuff:
dmcb123
xIndirect
Hawke84

Thanks to trevE, xHausx and the rest of the evo3d team that gave us the basic info to work on and made us curious to see if we could get something out of it. Also thanks to ief and his team @revolutionary for helping us understand the bootloaders better. We should also not forget to thank cxb01 of malshenzu.com and xda members arthurire and untrueparadox who helped in translation.
I own an EVO 3D and did not use this method but I would like to know one thing: Would it be possible to make this work for an EVO 4G LTE? It's my brother's and it's bricked with no access to bootloader, recovery, nothing works. The only thing I get when connecting to Windows is that it attempts to install QHSUSB_DLOAD drivers but fails at that. The bootloader is unlocked using HTC DEV unlock. Yes I understand this is an EVO 3D thread but the reason I post here is because there's not a lot of maturity in development in the LTE forums so knowing of this method for my EVO 3D device, I would simply like to know if it's possible..at least theoretically..to unbrick. Thanks in advance. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I know dexter93, the OP for this thread, is more knowledgeable about this stuff than I am, but until he can respond I'll make some suggestions. My understanding from working with the JuopunutBear S-OFF method is that may not be a bricked status and the recommendation for the Evo 3D has been to remove/replace the battery and charge it overnight on the A/C charger, then try powering it on again. Also, have you tried running the RUU.exe from Windows to reload the stock configuration as I think that may be able to communicate with the device when it is in the download state?

Hope that helps.

how did you end up there? such devices don't go on DLOAD mode by themselves, unless if there is a hardware fault

Default problems in step 2

sorry I'm having so much problems

I am logged into the PHtoolz-QND.iso live CD
I downloaded your package but I do not know how to extract it to the home directory
I also noticed the adb fastboot files are in root and not home
secondly my shooter does not seem to power on no backlight at all however in windows it detects the device as QHSUSB_DLOAD
if i update drive to android adb it accepts it so i guess it's possible to revive this but I need help please
and lastly where do you find hboot_f.nb0 and b_hboot.img they were not in home directory or package
