Killing apps wanted for my htc !

My brother have an iphone which i dont have (i'm more about windows devices, htc diamond for me) ! And he showed me an application that is absolutly amazing : AroundMe ...

Is that by any chance, a way to have this app on my diamond ??

GoogleMaps, and some other Google services offer this. I'll try and find a link now.

try the latest 2.03 rom - comes with google maps

I have just done that ! The last version of google map is impressive !!!!!!
What a change between the last one (1.5months older) ...
I have to say that google is putting some kind of heavy app on the table here !!!

on my diamond i have the igo 8.3 and fully updated, POI's and MAP's and give's me every restaurant, coffe shop, hotel and so on, everywhere in europe(my continent) with the maps and poi for other continents is the same, the best gps software for win mobile.
