i think you should talk to DerTeufel to get his governors tweaks addond he made with NStools... maybe port it to your app...
if it will be ported, i dont see any more things we need

Version 0.6 released today (Google Play & XDA)

I've released version 0.6 today.

Testted with newest Devil Kernel test release.

may i ask what governor-tweaks in nstools you mean?
do you have a setting for smooth, normal and powersave-profiles in nstools?
cause i don't, but would really like to have it there...
or do you mean the governor-specific settings like max_cpu_load n stuff like that?
then i think that's nstools-standard for tuning standard-governor-tunables, isn't it?

All governor options supported from kernel are included. Special profiles, like in NStools, might be included in future releases.

Devil Kernel Config is, mostly, a kernel setup tool. Not a system tuning tool. Maybe, one time..., but that have no priority.
