The file will start to play on official aokp 40, however when i try to change playback speed it closes. The app then tries to restart itself. No such issue though on b38. Ill post the logcat.

Just wondering if anyone else has been experiencing more dropped calls than usual. I just came from a clean Odin a couple days ago, I was running EC09 + cm9 glitch for the past few months. Still on EC09.

I had two today on my mesmerize with build 40/latest devil.

This might be a stupid question, but am I losing linaro or anything else if I flash the latest skunkworks kernel over the 40.1 build that I got from encounterpc?

Which kernel are you using. I have changed this, to prevent issues with the script, which created the folders at the same place as the empty file (with the same name).
You now need to create the datafix file at /data/local/devil, if not there already, then write the value 1 into it.
After your first reboot, the missing folders should be there.

Well I the folder now shows up with the text files but I still get no pictures while browsing some sites. My wife tries to go to www.carters.com and no images show up. works fine on my tablet, I am using the latest devil kernel also should I switch to another? Also I noticed Gmail is missing and I tried to install it using the Gapps and it wont show up. Weird...

I don't know how to cure your browser woes, but as far as Gmail is concerned, it is no longer in gapps. You have to download it from the play store.
