Yes you can
No need to uninstall ADW launcher
Just make GO launcher your default launcher

Did you flash google apps zip after you flashed CM7?

If successfully installed, but when I start GoogleMaps, displays the message: "The current location is not available". The GPS is on, but the indicator at the top of the screen flashes. I installed gpsstatus, and does not connect any satellites.

Battery backup and RAM usage

Sir, i updated my venue as given above!thank u! i find the battery back up low even after changing the settings in setCPU as: Scrren off -powersave ,In call-conservative! is thera any other settings to change for a good battery backup? also when i open advanced task killer,lots of apps are runnung by their own though i dun open it! is there any way to stop them from starting and saving RAM?

To save battery
Select On Demand from
Settings > Cynogen Mod Settings > Performance > CPU settings
I get a day out of it using:
1. Whats app
2. Yahoo Mail / Gmail Sync
3. Weather update / facebook update (launcher pro) both 3 hrs refresh rate
4. 30-45 mins calling

To kill running apps I use advanced task killer pro though it isnt that necesary
