I have a Samsung 8GB mSDHC Class 10 card.

I had Aurora ROM and now RunnyROM, both worked/works perfectly. It have a EXT4 partition od 1536MB for A2SD nad 6GB storage on FAT32 partition.

Before I used Transcend 4GB Class 4 card, with also 1535MB EXT4 for A2SD and it was significantly slower. Now it can breathe with full lung.

Also, I have question. Is it true that 16GB card class 10 is slower than 8GB card class 10? I mean, it is the same class, same vendor. I think I read it somewhere.

Hello, some people says that class 10 sd cards isn't designed for Android phones and it makes slower. They also say that the ideal sd card is class 6. What do you think about this? Well, soon I will buy a new sd card but now I'm confused. I want the sd card works fine and fast. Which one should I buy?

im curious of this too, but lots of ppl use class 10 and they dont have any problems with it.
so i think it would come down to which one give u bigger space at the same price.

Well i used a class 6 Kingmax 16 gb and it was crappy, i dont know if it was the sd card or my rom(i flashed allot of roms) so i replaced it with a Kingston 8 gb class 4 and now it runs very good. So i say be carefull with the cards you buy. About the random access speed, class 4 cards are best at this. So if you want to use a2sd i recommend a class 4 card.

DONATE TO ME
If you are using a2SD. The way to go is sandisk. Theirs 4k read write speed is so much faster than everyone else that it makes a huge huge difference

I've noticed that when I connect my phone with pc and transfer any data to my scard, it transfer slowly(I have Transcend 8 gb class 10). But when I insert my scard into my pc slot and transfer any data to scard, it transfer quickly.
So, means that that class 10 sdcards don't work correctly with desire?
PS: sorry for my bad English
