Hey guys, i have a small question. Will a microsd card with 10MB/s in reading and 9mb/s in writting, beat a microsd class 6 card in performance? or at least be even? I'm buying a new card, cause my class 4 card can't keep up with the latest roms for G1.
Devices:
- T-Mobile G1: Froyo by Laszlo
- Google Nexus S: GamerzROM Legend Edition v2.1

At the very least it will be faster when used in an sdcard reader. I am nut sure of the read/write limit that the G1 is capable of, but I think that a 6 Mb/s class 6 is close to the limit. Research some before spending tons of cash on a class 10 when an 8gb class 6 is only $20 from amazon.com.

Currently using: RETIRED: White T-Mobile G1
| ROM: CM7 | RADIO: 2.22.28.25 | SPL: 1.33.0013d
RIP: G2! ROOT! HELLZ YEAH!!

| ROM: CM7 | RADIO: 26.04.02.17(S-OFF) | THEME: Mixer Theme | MODS: Screen Color Calibration | Minimum Brightness Patcher | Kernel: Pershoot |

Thanks to all the devs that make me love my phone!

Yep. Well, there already is, but it's alpha. A stable release will probably come from Cyanogen first, but he doesn't give ETAs.

Haven't flashed it myself yet. I'm sticking with Froyo by Laszlo for the moment

didnt work so well for me on my sapphire. the 2708+ kernel helped a little to get some additional ram, however it was never as smooth as froyo.
