I need a link to root my HTC Wildfire with Android 2.2.1 on it.

I don't have any card reader so is it compulsory to have it ?

Guide me through

Software Information :

Android Version - 2.2.1
Baseband Version - 13.55.55.24H_3.35.20.10
Software Number - 2.25.720.1

No you don't need a card reader
I rooted my wildfire which was 2.2.1 and hboot 02 and s-on without any card reader..I just put the SD card in my phone n connected it via USB ..

Yup successfully rooted my Android. Changed the SD Card to FAT 32 from my PC which was the alternative to having an SD Card.

This thread may be closed now.
