how do u set your phone? I flashed v4.4 last night and put it in airplane mode, the battery dropped from 97% to 74% when I woke up.

Can someone give me Personalize.apk and HtcLockscreen.apk from /system/app ??

I did read the first few posts so no, I did not run the hotspot. After first boot, I disabled it in settings. I'll do a backup in CWM before testing any wifi apps anyway.

Battery life on this is fantastic. I've been on battery for 7hrs now and used only 7% from a full charge. Had some calls, SMS, google sync always running, calendar reminders etc.

The order of flashing things made sense by now, it was my fault.
But now I did it in the correct order (full wipe, 4.3, 4.4 update, boot.img) and still just a backlight screen.
I'm getting very disappointed... not by the ROM but by myself... I can't see what is wrong...

Those apks will do nothing. You need to change something in the JAR files to make it think that it's Sense 4, and a LOT more apks for the lockscreen. PM lowveld or nitsuj17
