edit: v3.26.93.39062 it's beta. It use 25mb, and old one that came with S2 use 20mb.
Latest 1.3.1 beta use 50mb idle, 70-100 in use( at least on my phones).

As a swipe user of almost 2 years, I will say that the last update made swype absolutely horrible to use. Check their forum, full of complaints. I've since switched to SlideIT. Works just like swype with more features.
