I don't understand if you mean "Windows Phone Tango" should have video calling (because it does not, it only has video MMS), or whether you mean the video app tango.

Well ya, like the first person said, you need apps like Skype and Tango. WP8 won't have it either. But it will let these video apps have some integration with the OS.

yeah, i mean native video calls just like the standart phone calls besides 'skype' and 'tango video calls' and other similar 3d party apps
