It's so odd... How we all seem to get different results...

On my i727 / CM9 Nightly / T-Mobile / Honolulu, HI combination, the Blaze 4G radio is the only radio that gives me any data bandwidth. The best I can get is about 1.6 Mbps. With ULVE1, the download speed was 1 Kbps -- literally.

So, I see no rhyme or reason to the choice of radio unless it's location sensitive...

FWIW,
Bob

I agree, and it doesn't make sense to me. Is there any variation in radio hardware in ATT i727s?

Have you tried the radios from this thread? http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1705617

I had problems with all radios except the new Tmobile radio from that thread.

Hi. I have T-Mobile but my work has poor T-Mobile coverage in the building. I need to use T-Mobile Wifi Calling so I need a T-Mobile ROM. Can you flash a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-T989 ROM on to the Skyrocket with a T-Mobile Radio? Thanks.

I would also like to know if this is possible as well. Is there a rotation fix for T-Mobile ICS roms that have wifi calling?

Guys, can someone post their battery life stats?
I've heard that battery life with T-Mobile radios is pretty bad comparing to stock. What is the difference? Did anybody record the current drain in sleep mode?
I really want to get this phone, but need to know how bad is battery life with this mod before I jump in.
Thanks.

Turns out the skyrocket uses the same msm8260 chipset as t-mobile's s3. they may be using the msm8260a. this may signify the newer gpu. they clock really close from what i have been reading. does this mean we now have radios designed for this chipset, t-mobile and ics? anyone try flashing the t-mobile s3 radio to the skyrocket? am i on to something or has this been looked at?
