Just commenting on the misinformation in this thread. The loss of service issues on the epic touch have been fixed since like... Last November or December...

That is all.

Also, overall, I find the touch to be of a much much higher build quality than the shift. Aside from the lightness (which people and even myself originally equated with cheap build quality) the phone is a beast. Physically my shift had pieces falling off it, tons of performance issues and overall it just fell apart. Not so with the touch. I've dropped this beast more times than I can remember (I only dropped the shift once) and it is in perfect shape. Also, as far as the internal layout goes, samsung wins hands town. Ask any tech to open up the phones... Or if confident take them apart yourself.

Anyways, I'm not here to troll. Just to clarify false info and to share my experience with both brands. I love both companies. But, I used to be a strictly HTC guy... Since making the switch I will be a samsung guy until HTC can improve in some areas... With htcs quarterly finances being reported as so abysmal the other day I am worried that they won't be able to steal my business back

The EVO LTE is a very nice device... It simply "just works"... HTC gave us a beast with this phone...
