It is BIOS,legend of Zelda,kingdom hearts from back lite. Everything I'll me I change it from there it says it found boot location as bootanimation.zip I check within back lite to see what boot animation I choose and it always says I choose black android which I haven't nor is that even on my phone.

All of the animations I flash have desc.txt and the part 0 part full of PNG files.when I move it to system media I can no longer see the PNG files.

The ibe guy that said it looked like a stock package i believe was right i think it was only rooted and had bloatware removed. could someone post a libk to a rooted custom rom and kernel package that i can use odin to flash. It would need the pit file tar file and all other imp components.

OK so I restored my phone thank goodness I made a restore point before I deleted the bootsamsung.qmg I have root and custom binary.... I'm gonna try naming it as such

Ok I think the problem is the stock kernel...I don't think it allows custom boot animations, just download one of entropys or zens gingerbread kernels then flash it like you would a Rom minus the wipe data/factory reset

im new to this, ive searched around the forums an cant find any help...ive got an infuse with custom rom ics 4.0.4...it had a alliance rom boot animation...i tried changing it an now all the shows is a flashing android animation...can anybody help me with this??

I hope you made a restore point?.. if so get into recovery n try that.
