Probably because you didn't put it in system/app and set permissions to rw-r-r and reboot? Its not gonna work if you install it regularly..

I had to change the permissions.

Mikey, I love you and your work man, but I'm leaving your ROM. It's not you, it's my phone; he needs a clean wipe, and an update. I hope you'll understand.

In all seriousness though, thanks for your help and great ROMing. You truly made me love my phone and I appreciate all you have done for us here at XDA.

I finally decided to peruse some of the ICS ROMs and I decided to go with RemICS-UX v1.3. I just finished putting everything back on, and it's working well. I like that I have a bit more RAM with it.
