[Q] Alternate contact app?

I really like the AOSP and AOKP based rom's. Unfortunately the contact app in the ones I have tried(CM9 based) doesn't allow you to link or join contacts like the contact app found in the other rom's. Is there a good alternative contact app that will work with CM9 but is similar in usability to the contact app on the stock rom? I would like to be able to link my skype contacts and facebook contacts. I was looking at possible this app:

it does work in aosp -- just a little differently,
menu / edit, then from edit screen press menu / join

as for alternatives, exDialer (which also has contacts) is excellent
