Right, like I said earlier in this thread or maybe another, I don't remember, the Nexus S is getting JB, and the Infuse has better specs than it does, so I don't see it being an issue. At least not for AOSP. I could see 512 MB being too little for JB AND TouchWiz on top, which of course Samsung wouldn't release it without. The system requirements are basically the same for JB as ICS.

Agree. One of the reasons why I thought the new OS release wasn't going to affect us.

itll be down more to if we can get a kernel that works. but we will have to wait till source drops. cant build a rom without source.

Yea I'm stuck on contract with my Infuse till sept. 2013. Might as well make the best of it while things are still happening. just happy everyone is still around kicking this device around pushing its max standard capabilities. Thank you!

I could be wrong...but I'm pretty sure we would need a new modified kernel for JB/CM10

So unless JBS kernel has some major mods in it to run JellyBean then I don't see it happening...at least not yet
