YouTube v4.0

Ok! I am seriously annoyed now. Is anyone experiencing any problems with the YouTube app?
As of me writing this so far i have experience no lag what so ever and the keyboard is very responsive. However, when i use the YouTube app and i type in it the phone becomes unresponsive and can't keep up with my typing. Meanwhile, the YouTube video stops but audio continues and with every update the we see less information on each slide. I also miss the black background the white really hurts my eyes. Is anyone experiencing any lag or bugs on the SGH-i727 (Skyrocket) with the YouTube app or is it just a skurocket thing because everyone is saying it is working great and i haunt found a thread over this or do i need to format my phone and flash it to stock, factory reset, remove everything and re-root with all the fun in between?

Yeah, the new update sucks. It lags a lot.. I have t989 sgs2 4.03 :/

For a second i thought it was just me. All the reviews i have seen say it works great. :/

I don't even use the YT app. I just keel a shortcut to the mobile web version on my home screen. It's much better to me.

I defenitly am going to do that. Anyhow you can't reply back to people on the YouTube app and their are many features missing that you get on the mobile web version.

i also liked the black background better but other than that the update is great. No lag here

Mine lags terribly. Lol
I guess it is just random depending on user. Yeah; the black background was nice especially with the amoled displays because they are so freaking bright that at night or in the morning it hurts my eyes really bad.
