I have attached AngyGPS. You will have to copy it to system\app and set permissions with a root file explorer and reboot. Try setting Operation Mode to MSBASED and Xtra to OFF then hit Delete GPS Data, and then test using Tracking Test to see how well it locks to satellites.

found an issue with Google Voice integration with the phone app.

I use GV to manage my voicemail, and when I go to the call log to play it, it will bring up the message like normal, but it crashes out to the home screen when I press play.

This has worked perfectly fine on all of the other AOSP/AOKP/CM9 ROMs. I wonder it it has something to do with the TouchWiz framework and the phone app.

Any ideas?

The problem with the GPS has always been poor hardware and software. This has been a problem since the day I got it . My GPS was not working Then realized the I had to open and redo the hardware fix (solder came loose had to redo again, it lasted a year !). Then I used the RemICS-UX-v1.2GPS Fix CWM Flashable working and if let sleep for for more then 5 mins. stopped working. and to get GPS to work after deep sleep, I use GPSRestore Samsung. It does the job by restoring the GPS back..you can can find it on the market.
Team Remics would be on the TOP ROM if S-Voice work WoW BUTTER as far as I am concern ..Wow, absolutely a FREAKING GREAT ROM and its a Beta? Wow. S-Voice App worked twice and now it force closes.. Yo yea....Butter...smooth
