I Would like to know if is possible to use SGA as a navigator without the use of the internet.

Yes there are few ...

[IGo 8] is one of them ... i use it and i'm happy with it.

All u need is GPS ON !

Try wisepilot, you can download an offline map through it once, and then just switch on ur gps and the app will navigate for u.
