Need help from Anycall SHW-M100S (Galaxy A) users for tun.ko

Hi guys,

I just got a Samsung i9008 which is a Glaxy variant for China 3G TD-SCDMA. I'll need the tun.ko file for the kernel version 2.6.29-zeus1. From this forum I see the SHW-M100S devices have this kernel thus possibly have that file. Could anybody post one here? I need to enable OpenVPN on my device.

Hi everybody
I have Galaxy A SHW-M100S Korean phone. I flashed it and rooted.
However, I couldn't found Russian user interface. There are only Korean and English. How can I change it in Russian Language? Any comments welcome. Thanks in advance

Dear Friend, I just brought a used Samsung galaxy Anycall from Korea.
After buying phone I have reset the phone and added my google account.Then Blutooth is not switch ON(Still problem occuring, but earlier BT is work well) & when it is try to turn ON, suddenly turning off.
I think, if it is rooted & adding a Custom ROM will solve the problem.Present configuration of the device are given below.

Model : SHW M100S
Firmware version: 2.3.4
Kernel Version : 2.6.35.7
Baseband version:M100S.EF14.2254.ST
Build Number : GINGERBREAD.EG04

Please help me guys.If anyone have a this kind of phone..

I have a Samsung i9008 which is specific for China Mobile 3G TD-SCDMA.
OS: OMS 2.0 (from Android 2.1?)
Kernel version: 2.6.29-zeus1

I have download Samsung i9008 resource code and compiled a tun.ko file.
Upload in attachment.

Installed successfully without any errors (insmod).

# insmod /system/tun.ko

I have installed BusyBox and VPNC. I have tried many version of BusyBox.

But when I connect in VPNC or run vpnc's script, the phone reboot.
I think the procesure of setup tunnel cause phone crash.
I changed some parameters in .config and re-compiled tun.ko. The phone reboot as before.

I can't find the solution to resolve.

You siad you have managed to compile one from source code.
Do you connected by VPNC or OpenVPN successfully?
Could you give me your tun.ko, let me try.
Or tell me some tips in compiling process such as some parameters in .config.
