I've tried a lot of bubble level apps and it always shows wrong level(horizontal not exactly horizontal)

How to Calibrate Vertical G-Sensor/orientation sensor?
In the attachment the phone was in flat level.

Every good app has its own calibration. There is no global calibration tool for this.
