Question Big Case for G-Note + Mugen extended battery cover?

Great review & pix, panyan – a paragon of well-illustrated clarity.

I've just taken delivery of my Mugen extended battery, and I'm happily anticipating no more flat battery issues.

The G-Note is my 12th palmtop computer since 1989…

...and completely eclipses all the rest put together in terms of sophistication and flexibility – and no doubt it'll provoke many more "Oh, wow!" moments ahead, being as how I've only had it for a month. However...

Up till now, I've made much use of a great leather case...

...but it's naturally designed to work with the stock battery cover, and cannot reach around the extended perimeter of the G-Note + Mugen battery cover.

So – does anybody know of a case which IS designed to embrace a G-Note + Mugen battery cover?

Thanks in advance for any positive Big Case pointers.

Default Charging time please

Hi

Thanks for this post. Very informative.

How long does the muegen 5400 mha battery take to charge? Say 10% to 100%.

My Samsung stock battery takes around 2- 2.5hours.

Thanks!

Thanks Panyan.

There are some discussions on fast charging by using others like a Tab charger or iPad charger to accelerate charging of Note.

Wondering if this helps and if there is some experience on impact on the battery.

I have it. And couldn't live without it. I've dropped mine on many occasions and the case has come flying off many times. From improperly taking off and putting back on the back case, some of the ridges to snap it in place have broker off, but it still clicks in securely with the remaining ridges. These are the only negatives.

Overall, it is a life saver to have a better that stays alive for 2 days, or with heavy use to the end of the day. It's also easier to hold. Much easier then carrying my macbook air, which I barely need anymore.

Has anyone compared the 5000mah Hyperion against the Mugen?

I'm wondering if the Mugen is worth the extra $...?
