Here's a damn simple solution just follow this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=174 .... After your done boot your phone and install all applications. You will observe low sound ... Then go to recovery then wipe dalvik cache and your low sound issue will go poof

it is mentioned 1000 times that if you move dalvik cache to sd-ext it will cause low sound. leave dalvik cache on internal memory.
and no you do not have to wipe dalvik cache after every app install
