Unhappy [Q] galaxy s2 service mode (5) AUDIO not working

hi guys,
i did look all over the forum and searched all google and still no solution any help would be great thanks alot in front,

the other voice of the person i am talking to is extremely low so i tried to update to the latest firmware and that is (XWLPM) 4.0.4.

but i still have the same problem as before, so i read that there is an service mode with extra options.

the thing is that i can get into service mode, and i dont get like other users error that says blocked or what ever.
and all the menu is working as it should be, but only number 5 in the menu and that is the "AUDIO" option that i need to access to change my volume.

when ever i press on option 5 "AUDIO" it send me back to the main menu,

Notes :
i tried accessing it by ("KEY INPUT" AND "Select") but with the same result.
i tried removing the battery, but still the same result.

please any help would be great.

To be able to access that menu you need an older radio. I flashed one from the GB roms: XXKH3

thanks a lot bkraptor, your advice worked and i can access the volume on that menu, but i changed it to maximum on every thing and still the same problem, i installed many apps like volume+ and equalizers but nothing works.
i was thinking is it possible that its a hardware problem ? but if the headphone is broken, why there is voice coming out ? shouldn't i be hearing nothing ?
