Unfortunately im inclined to agree with ya. Trying to look on the bright side though.

On a side note.. Why is it that we cant build an ics kernel from scratch? What exactly do they have that we need?

Support from nvidia. Tegra is so much different. If we would have omap processor, everything would be working now with faux, joker, turl, epsylon, and others.
