You can flash this in recovery.
Its a flashable zip for TWRP 2.2.0

So are you planing to upload to goo manager anytime soon ? It still gives me 2.1.8 on goo manager... just an fyi.

You have to go to browse all files, devs/team win, then it'll have TWRP2 at the bottom, then just find it for SR, download and it'll automatically install.
