Thank you so much for the great tool.

Now, with CWM I flashed ROM AOKP build 39 and GAPPS, the table has been started without problems but when I reboot it locks on the screen "boot animation."
I deleted all the data and cache several times, I also repeated the flash but the problem is not solved.

The second boot always fails.

No idea, doesn't sound relevant to what my tool flashes/does but I'll try and help you anyway.

As long as the tablet passes the "Eee pad" screen that means the bootloader should be okay and if anything breaks after that it's the Android OS.
Can you try flashing another kernel? I recommend the TestyMeh kernel for best battery life. (Thread)

Hi.

You mean the ASUS tablet is black?
It should say "Phone update success!!!" along with some "Nv3p server"-text on the top.

After that you can reboot your device.

If it's 100% black I suggest you check your usb drivers and try installing the naked usb drivers.

Default No OTA foir DE_special 9.2.1.21?

Hi,

My tf101 got bricked by "encryption unsuccessful" and I try to get back to stock firmware. Woodrube pointed me in my topic "Unbricked TF101, but no Updates?" to this tool here.

After some hassle with the driver I managed to flash asus stock download DE_epad-user-9.2.1.21, which is "DE_Special" for coming to WW of german tf101s. the tf was wiped and boots just fine - it states that it has
IML74L.WW_epad9.2.1.21-20120413 - as I think is fine.
So, 1st: THANKS for your tool!

Sadly no update to .24 is found:
The OTA doesnt find any.
The microSD recognizes WW_epad-user-9.2.1.24.zip, but during rebooting I get the Droid with ! and after another reboot a popup with something like "update failed (12)" (in german Systemaktuallisierung fehlgeschlagen (12)). It mentiones that the new version in not compatible ...but ....the .24 is for the DE_special .21 the next ... ?!

I could flash the .24 using Easytool, but this would mean to loose always all data for an update ....

Anyone has a hint why my tf101 doesnt recognize the .24 update?
Is there any difference now between a reall stock tf101 with DE_special .21 installed and mine?

Try flashing a WW zip instead of the DE zip.

Default Help??

so i rooted my friends tf101 for him then while he was trying to install a rom he got it into a recovery loop. where eveytime you try to turn it on it automatically goes into recovery its clockwork mod so theres no "turn off" option only "reboot system now", but when i choose this option it just boots back into the recovery. so i found this thread, managed to get it into apx mode and install the naked drivers. i was not aware however how to find out what SBK he had so i used both and did this.

1st. Flash asus stock zip

2nd. Flash Recvoery

after doing this in SBK 2 and turning the tf101 on only to be greeted by the same CWM recovery loop i tried it in SBK 1, however it still didnt work. i believe i followed everything correctly and the square to the left of the options in Easyflasher gave me very positive reinforcement with a "Done!" at the end of each option so if someone could give me some help that would be great!

Thanks in advance!

Hi.
Did you download the latest ASUS firmware and place it inside the correct folder?

I'll add a option to unbrick from recovery bootloop in the next version which should be out when I get home (around next week).

Features coming up in next version (or later):
ROM Manager (Backup, flash roms with .zip support)
Automatic root.
Recovery from recovery bootloop

Also coming soon is ubuntu dualboot.

Did you try running it as admin?
Select your proper SBK. (B70 and below has SBK1, B80 and above has SBK2, some B70 has SBK2)

Have you tried holding the power button for 30 seconds or so? If it is APX mode, it just needs to be restarted.
