Read through it and decide if it sounds like it might be the problem. You could also try to install / reinstall the latest Odin "One Click" ICS SkyRocket leak release and then after the phone settles try to install this ROM again. Please, read the thread I gave you and use the forum "search" function to answer your questions and find things. And try anything at your own risk, it could always be something completely different going on with your phone. Let us know what works.

I appreciate it and will check out the thread ASAP. I tried flashing a different ROM and it worked very well. no hiccups etc. Im interested in this one though so as soon as I go through it I certainly will let ya know whats going on. Thanks again!

I flashed Cymbaline 1.5 Kernel today and it seems to be working fine. The "touchkey" light always on option works now. I don't OC /UV so none of that stuff means anything to me. I'll test everything out more over the next couple of days. I think this just might work well until the next evellution of Alien appears.

Nothing like an Alien rom, can't wait for a new one

X2. But honestly, Running the UCLE2 Alien 8 base with Cymbaline kernel and its going pretty smooth. I have slight data and bluetooth issues from time to time, but I think those issues have been reported on the official Skyrocket ICS leak as well. I'm really waiting for a custom kernel that is released based on the official ICS skyrocket source the adds all of the extras and works well. Cymbaline works great, but I don't need all the O/C and U/V options and I would rather have a kernel that is made for the skyrocket itself.

I love this rom is very smooth. But i don't know how to swap between 4G/3G/2G

That is because the option isn't there. It was in the Rogers 2.3.6 but we haven't seen it really in ICS so easily yet. You can use a RAT unlocked modem and change it that way.

how could i do that? I'm a noob. Can You explain me?

I'm pretty sure the sky ics Rogers base has it. I believe its the only ROM built off the Rogers base.
