Default Swype issues

Can't seem to narrow down what may be causing it, but I wonder if anyone else is having this issue. Within the Facebook or Gmail (and probably other) apps, the Swype suggestions seems to randomly disappear, which makes it impossible to correct words that Swype recognizes incorrectly. A reboot fixes it, but it's happened more than twice in the past week. Is anyone else experiencing this strangeness? I'm on base R3 with the 6a and 7b updates.

Was happening to me all the time when I had my SR. That is when I ponied up the money for swiftkey and never looked back.

Have the same issue. When you see this just go to swype settings and disable autocorrect

For those of you still lingering on old ROMs... That's right ladies and gentlemen. The SeanZ Unclefest Donation Frenzy is back in action!!! I won't flood this thread in the development section, but please please PLEASE view this topic in the General section. You owe it to SeanZ!

I know this has been discussed but Sean is there any way you could add BLN to you custom kernel? I get all the stability and battery life from your kernel I just wish it had BLN. Tried Cymbaline but it torches my battery and I get a hot phone. If it would take some donations to make it worth your time I would totally be down to help out. Thanks!

Yeah, I remove the version that comes with this ROM with titanium backup and install the latest version available from Swype.com. seems to resolve the issue. I have to do this every time i flash since i need French Canada language anyways...

And yes, I would like my cake and eat it too!

Love your work BTW Sean!
Just an update....I've had no issues with the bluetooth connecting since switching to the stock f3 kernel. I am told however, that the call quality is not as good as seans modded f3 and more like it was on GB.

Does anyone know of a good kernel that I can get nice call quality with and keep the bluetooth connected?

Thanks in advance
