I don't agree it. I am using class 10 but still facing this problem.
The lag comes after i open a lot of application.
Probably the problem comes from swap full of memory.

running out of memory in swap is always slow, yes.

The solution is having enough for your regular usage, and freeing up apps you no longer need (menu » swipe)

Ehm how can I change rom? I'm using miniCM9 right now and I wanted to try PrimeHD9 for nAa kernel... I entered cmw, fullwipe, install zip from SD card and at reboot I've found MiniCM9 again on my phone
EDIT: Ops ok, I have to install nAa gingerbread kernel

Your current rom is cm9 right? If that your rom of course your kernel is naa ics....but now you want to change to prime hd.....so,first...please change the kernel to kernel for cm7...next go to cmw flash that rom

hm, not exaclty a solution but you can try it -> exDialer app (free on market) with ics black theme (also free on market). it's much better and faster phone/contacts app with many options to play with. just set it as default phone app, and in launcher hide phone.apk icon.

edit: uh, i could swear that this app had this option that you requested, but right now i cant find it..

Fast and smooth, I have all the performance options disabled and 64 MB of swap and this perfect! Recommended for daily use, 0 lags, 0 problems. Even use Trebuchet and has no redraw! Thank you very much!

First of all - I'm really suprised and want to thank all developers. The battery life in 4.0.4 is three times better than before, and performance is great. But the only serious problem is that when I enable wifi whole OS is running terribly slow and I can't even exit launcher, I have serious problems with downloading things from market. Has anyone same problem?

Yeah, I don't get why everyone hates on Trebuchet.

It's definitely the most stable of the lot, takes less memory than Apex (last I tried) and quite responsive.

Try to disable weather widget on lockscreen. I had lags when enable this feature, but it's all up to you.
