Please do remember that Voice Recognition does not work.
As i said..when i try to install from the system/app folder..its tries to install and then says "application not installed"..hence the second step itself fails...

Ditto. I have tried it exactly the same way and I am too facing the same issue.
"Application not installed" is what I get too.
I'm running CM9 with Devil Kernel 0.79

Ppl, Can anyone try to make flashable zip with Google Now and GoogleTTS in /system/app and all files from /system/srec/config/en-US and /system/lib/libvoicesearch.so and try it out?

N00b question.

Can I use these JellyBean animations on SlimICS on I9000?
And I'm kinda confused as to how to flash them. Via method 2 or method 3?

Yes you can flash it on slim . Just download the zip and flash it using recovery.

Can someone guide me as to which attachment is for what(JB stuff) as I am a bit confused after reading the OP..
Galaxy S GT-I9000
Rom- CM10.1 Nightly(4.2.2)
Kernel- Semaphore/Stock
