Its not that odd. This happens with cpu production all the time. Not all cpu's that are the same are built the same. There are defects sometimes that still allow for a working product.

IE. There was a run of pentiums one time that had a bad l2 cache. But disabling it made the cpu run fine so they did that but called it new model . Some though could do mods to enable full cache because not all the cpu dies were ****ed just some.

Think the same here. LG gets a cut rate deal on some arm6 cpus that are not able to clock as high. Well clock down and put into a budget line of devices! On ours they determine 600 Mhz is most stable, even though some can do a bit more.

I don't think that was good, when our clock is enough for our phone even with 600mhz so what's the problem?? Don't take more risk for nothing.

My elder sister phone is p350, I help her for costuming her phone, even p350 can oc over 800mhz that phone only have 256ram. Even after restart that device just have 50ram free... What do you expect from 2ghz processor if just have a little RAM??

About buying new phone, I think that is the better problem solving... Just like Andy said...
