Default Please Help. Won't BOOT!!!

Complete noob here.

I was installing the HTC Home Customizer on my new HTC Touch Pro phone and there was a problem with the installation that caused me to reset the phone. Well, now the phone won't reboot!! It hangs right after Windows Mobile 6.1 loads.

How do I fix? Can I reinstall WM6.1, or can I flash a ROM? All information I've seen for doing this requires ActiveSync to be working. I can't get the phone booted far enough to get it ActiveSync to work.

Please don't tell me I've bricked my phone!

Can you at least attempt a hard reset?

Do you mean, yank the battery out and then reboot? If so, yes I've tried that.

Okay, I found the wiki explaining what a Hard Reset is.

Negative. Holding VOLUME DOWN and CENTER buttons while RESETTING the phone does not help. Still locks up immediately after you hear the tone played at the Windows Mobile Boot screen.

Other suggestions?
