..now that I have SIII? Should I keep it, sell it, trash? I usually stick old phones in a drawer, forget about it, and then throw it away. This phone has been great for the last 2 years. I'll bet a flashed a ROM on this thing over 300 times.

I flashed CM7 on mine and stripped it down to use as a media player/camera. Mostly keeping it as a backup phone in the event that a family member or myself looses or destroys a phone. I still keep it in the original box, and keep a stock ROM on the SD card so if someone needs it it's ready to be set up.

I gotta agree with BrettApple, keep it and pass it off to a family member if anyone needs it. I've had my GSIII for less than a week and I use my Inc as an alarm clock. I like to have 2 devices for alarms in the event I hit snooze on one accidentally. Also, I like to keep my old devices as backups in case my new device has defects or I make it have defects.

Agreed. Same as above, stripped version of CM7, used mainly for angry birds for my 5 year old now.

I'll add that keeping it is good. I sold mine after I got my rezound and now my 6 year old takes my new phone all the time. Would have been good to have to give to her. If you decide you dont want it I know a 6 year old that would love to have it for games etc.
