I have every right to say that. You mention something that has so many variables that it shouldn't even been mentioned. The variables of different apps, device settings ect... could be why you have the standby that you have. So I stand by what I said.

I've heard of random comments around the forum where people were having issues getting their phone to boot when going from this rom back to one of the stock-based roms. I believe it had something to do with the kernel or something? Just wondering if there are still any such issues.

Thanks!

If they are flashing a stock from that doesn't come with a stock kernel, then yeah they would have a problem. Anyone posting a stock rom without a kernel for it shouldn't be posting a rom in the first place because its obvious that they have no clue what they are doing.

So it looks like u have 145 characters u can type before it automatically makes u send multiple texts, or u can change the the SMS to mms option and change to 1 and basically every message gets turned into multimedia message. Or your forced to send out multiple texts . ..is it possible to change this 145 to say 600 or something? I send 1000's of texts a week and this already becoming a issue, I tried pulling different SMS .apks from older aokp roms but messages fail if over the 145 so is this something built in somewhere?

When u find some time please explain this new SMS APk . Thanks

There is a set of "inverted apps" in the rootzwiki gnex theme section. It's got many settings including the number of texts before becoming an MMS
