55 hours up-time with 3hr and 30min screen on-time. Just basic usage nothing special: sms/mms, email, fb, reddit, browser. I'm at the point where I no longer turn my phone on every 30 sec lol. However I don't remember using google map... weird.

Is anyone else having the charging problem i am. Charges to 100% then drops to 99 or 98% right after unplug.
This is not a bug. This is to prevent overcharging of the battery.
Batteries held at near 100% don't last for very long. Your phone will allow your battery to charge up to near 100%, then it'll cut the charge, letting the battery decrease until it hits 90% before it starts charging again.
Now, manufacturers have the option to either show you the true percentage (90%), or they can make you feel that much more satisfied when you unplug your phone in the morning, THINKING that it's at a full 100%.
Which option do you think they chose?
Some people just happen to unplug their batteries when they are at 99% as opposed to 91% (even though both are probably shown as 100% immediately after unplugging)

Awesome...My friend with a nexus s was telling me the same thing. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a phone problem or a battery problem.

I am sorry but i have to call you out on this and say this is bullsh@t. I might be wrong but 55 hours up-time with 3hr and 30min screen on-time and you never plugged it in once to charge it? I just don't believe it and here is why...
you running sms, email, fb, reddit and still getting 55 hours? with 3.5 hours of screen time ? nah!!!! here is what I found out and I can probably prove it. I can show you a screen shot of my sgs3 with 5 days on battery and as many on screen hours as you want. All i need to do is charge the battery and keep it charged every day if i want to 60% or whatever as long as it does not hit full charge.. If i am wrong than i am sorry but i don't believe it with the stats you posted on usage...
it so sad to see people limiting the capability of their smart phone because of freaking battery..man the hell up get a bigger battery with bigger case, i had a mugen on my SGII and always laugh at my friend for doing stupid stuff like turning his screen down, turn off sync, using wifi every place, charge when he is in his car. its a smart phone, you wont become uncool because you got a bigger smart phone than the iphone, use your stuff as intended not limiting it capability.
Diet ICS rom but it's really Ktoonsez's Sammy Kernel with undervoltage tweaks. Sips less battery juice during screen off time/stand by.

Here you go, as you can see I never plugged the charger. Keep in mind that 3.5 hours of screen time in 2 days (~1 hour and 45min per day) is very minimal usage.
