Advanced Ops - Issue

I am having trouble flashing the Advanced ops. I wipe as indicated in the original post, but I keep getting stuck at the splash screen. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced.

$35 repair order at my sprint store and when they saw the microUSB completely busted off the motherboard they just ordered me a replacement OG. Might be worth a shot if you're not sold on the upgrades yet.

Any solution yet for the wake issue? Where sometimes you have to click the lock button multiple times to wake. I noticed when this happens its not brightening up all the way so it looks like the phone is still locked.
