yeah, its normal. Media Server is used when listening to music. I get about a 4 to 1 ratio... 40 minutes music gives me about 10 minutes keep awake... today anyway.

There is an app caled Rescan Media Root.
You can disable the scan from there.
Just to see if it changes anything.

Tiny bug I hope is fixed with next release observe the screen shot attached the dialog box extends beyond its spot and the send preview and draft buttons normally on a vb private message are missing as in blacked out no text not website only on this rom other roms no issue besides that no big deal wonderful rom

no it doesnt seem to help at all, my old lady was cooking and the phone vibrated off the counter and fell onto the linoleum and the back glass was busted... ive been trying to get her to switch to android but she says " i dont need anything fancy, its a phone... and it works just fine" so rather than me fixing it for her, she can in her words " just take it to the apple store, it cant be that expensive to fix." lol oh well...

how different this thread is now. when i wake up and check it, there is no more 10 pages of "i cant find my sd card" or "such and such app is fc'ing".

Thread had calmed down a lot. I ventured over to s3 forum to see what all the hullabaloo ( yeah... I said hullabaloo ) was about.... I didn't see me wasting anyone's time commenting on that trash.... trying new cm9 rc2 now. So far so good. Might flash jelly bean on captivate when I get home. And when this ROM gets updated I will be right back. Its still my favorite ROM ever
