So you're upset, you're Evo was black? Continue to help Sprint lose money. It's cool not trying to have a war of words. Just don't like people being petty, to things that can be significant to the future.

No, not that it was black. U dont get it man, they never told me a white was coming. And continue to cost sprint money? Really?????? Again how so??? Its their policy homie?!!!!!!! IM WITHIN MY 14 DAYS! What part do u not understand? And im not having a word war either. U need to understand.......its there own policy? Its not like i put the policy/rule in place? U don't an etf because since Ur coming back to sprint they consider a new contract but u start off where you left off and then they give u an upgrade it works

So you're one of those people that take the whole box of donuts at work when someone leaves a sign and say help yourself. One of those people who take advantage of people and don't realize it. It's cool you got what you want. But to sit here and act like there's nothing wrong with this is baffling. Have fun with your evo tho. I'm done :)

Wrong it does cost us money to swap phones out. It hurts the REP who sold it to you as well. Then they cut our hours to make up for the loss. The vendors never give us a full refund for sending them back. You try running a business and swap out everyone's phone because they want to abuse policy. ENJOY YOUR WHITE EVO!

lol you guys really gotta relax, youre defending an american business which as we all know is the purest and cleanest form of practice in this nation

relax let him get a white evo there isnt really a need to say anything about it its not like you guys posting on a forum is going to get someone to be like oh man im not going to get this even tho i want it because some guy on a forum said so. And sorry if this post seemed a bit dickish to you guys im just sayin

Jeez what a harsh thread. I swapped mine within 14 day period, However, I also believe Sprint should have given the option upfront about it when they decided to release the phone.. Otherwise i would have waited and purchase the white one..Besides Sprint really doesn't lose that much money when you think about it..

Think about all the Users who pay a Premium Data Charge (10/Month) that doesn't even have 4GLTE Coverage yet.(Including Me). I wont even be seeing that until sometime next year, So im not going to bitch about it. I think they are making their money back from the swaps and that's not including the ridiculous fees and whatnot

And if they aren't (For some miraculous reason) they can still sell them used or for parts..

Whats the purpose of a 14-day no hassle exchange if we cant exercise our right to use it? (Granted it not be abused numerous times by same person)

At first i thoughtThe white one would be cool, but I thought about it and it could get dirty a whole lot easier. I'll sick with black.
