You can make it Yourself just open archive in any archive manager and delete files from app directory, leave SystemUI only. And then upload this modified ZIP to phone and install using CWM

Decompile my framework-res.apk and check keyguard_transport_control.xml inside layout directory and differ with Yours

(draco_ag) could change the color of the status bar of ic. like GB

- Added translations for battery and reboot sentences for folowing languages: Vietnamese
- Added translations for notification toggles for following languages: Vietnamese
- Notification LED fix (should work)
- Modified keylayout script to END CALL using BACK button

Flash package again, then reboot to cwm and clear dalvik cache, if not help You can flash package from 1st post to revert stock keylayout.
