From my understanding yeah... If your phone doesn't power on and you can't to get into fastboot, I don't think there's any real way to bring back to life.

Thanks. It's my fault that i bricked it. It makes me mad because the phone is like new, i took excellent care of it and now I'm stuck with a very nice paperweight for a few days.

Yeah.... It really makes me wonder. Right after I installed the ICS leak I went to root, something (I have no idea what) went wrong. When my phone rebooted, it would freeze within a matter of seconds and the screen would go blank (the backlight and soft key lights would be still on, but nothing on the display), I pulled the battery a couple times with the same result. I initially thought I would have to fkz back, but for the hell of it tried a factory reset from stock recovery and THANK GOD that fixed it. Came SO CLOSE to bricking my phone.

After i get my replacement i figured this is going to be my last Motorola. It's getting to be not fun anymore. I'm losing interest in flashing roms because of Motorola. I don't like that fact that the phone is trashed after a stupid mistake. Samsung from now on.

Same here never going near Moto again... I really wish Asus made phones though... everything they make is like gold

Your phone is bricked. These files do not work. We currently do not have a way back to 2.3.5

I have a super high technically advanced solution for your problem; for a little background I have an inspire 4g that I once bricked to the point that it would just beep 5 times and then the light would go solid red as if it were charging. Everyone said I just had to wait a while and it would work again. After trying any and every solution it was not working after 2 hours. Then I got angry and smacked it down on the desk....... after that it fired right up. I've seen my father use this method many times as a kid, and it works:) I know it's far fetched but give it a try. The idea is to shake up the internal parts so just smack the corner down on a mouse pad or something. Okay so maybe it's not so advanced but what do you have to lose? And if it happens to work then you need to thank the fonz.
