Am reading through the forums and effen manual but not sure if I am reading it right. So when we use the Hackkit, it will install stock AT&T GB rooted on our Inspire 4G devices? Anyway to get the Desire HD stock and install the AT&T radio afterward? I ask b/c since the Inspire 4G is simply the US version of the Desire HD, and the Desire HD may be getting ICS officially, would we be able to get that too? I am completely new to HTC and Sense but hear that it is great so want to make sure I install the latest build if I can.

Default Issues with SD Card

Hey, I just went from rooted ICS Sense 4.0 back to the most recent update from HTC with Sense 3.0. I want to trade someone for a Galaxy SII but it's sort of my grandma, so I don't want the phone to be non-functioning in any way.

I installed the new ROM and I am having issues with the SD card. The phone obviously recognizes it's there, because it (correctly) tells me how much space is left, and it is able to load in ES File Explorer, AND the camera can write to it. But when I go to Gallery or Music, it says that it can't find any files.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated!

Default Stripped Stock rom

Hey folks, I've been all over this forum, or a better part of it anyway. I'm looking for a stock rooted rom, with everything ripped out of it (bloatware), all the ATT crap, all the HTC bloat. Is there a rom like this available?

I want some that is totally cleaned out, so I can make it mine without all the bloat and crap running in the background sucking the life out of my battery.

Thank you sir. Still has the HTC stuff, but I think I have this figured out now. I've been checking other forums and a lot of googling today. found out to pull the apps I want out, and place the apps I want in without having to complete tear a rom apart.

No disrespect to any of the DEVs, too many cool roms available, but each has his own taste, as I do mine. I want something I build from the a few feet from the ground up.

DONATE TO ME
I am not sure where to post this. I have an HTC Inspire 4G here and I need to reload back stock with original stock files. This is not my phone, so it will be the first time I've had to reload stock on this phone.

My first question is, what ever happened to the obviously blatant thread titles that say something like "Bricked your inspire? Here are instructions to put it back to stock" or "Stock files for HTC Inspire 4G?" All of the other xda forums I've gone to for my phones have a thread like this except this one. I've searched the Inspire development thread, Q&A thread and all other threads, but can't seem to find easy instructions for getting this phone back to working order. I've even tried Google for a solution; other sites pop up, but I only trust xda. Can someone please point me to the right direction here? Thanks!

There are only bricked is a word that is thrown around way to much. But if you need the stock from just run the ruu. You can get it from HTC site. Then just run it from your pc
